The Challenge

Since 2015 a global beverage company has frequently turned to Oxford for individual consultants and projects teams to help with initiatives related to beverage production, packaging, utilities, and can making systems in 20+ facilities globally. Oxford consultants have successfully planned and executed numerous multi-million-dollar projects for our client.

The Solution

One successful engagement involved a $60-million facility expansion, for which we provided on-site support for the design, installation, and start-up of new beverage production and packaging systems.

For another project, we helped build a project team for a $175-million expansion of a can making facility. We supplied a Sr. Project Manager, 2 Project Engineers, and 2 Construction Managers to support our client’s internal team and help lead the project to successful completion. The resulting state-of-the-art facility produced over 9 million cans per day and the project was used as a model for similar facilities the client planned to develop in other countries.

The Result

Oxford was designated as a preferred vendor by our client and they continued to utilize our talent for the planning and execution of their capital projects. Based on the success of Oxford’s Engineering consultants, our client has also started exploring Oxford’s IT staffing capabilities.
