Our client, a multinational oil and gas company, was undergoing a global digital transformation program. They aimed to dramatically shift their mindset from an international oil company to an integrated energy company. As a result, the business would need to be completely reimagined. To help them undergo this digital transformation, they reached out to Oxford Global Resources for our ability to source specific, high-quality talent quickly. Not only did the client require precise outcomes and a high blend of rare skills, but they also wanted individuals who could bring new ideas to the table.
The Solution
To assist this client in realizing their long-term goals, Oxford leveraged a managed services sourcing model to bring the best possible talent to the table. We delivered these as squads or individuals to allow the organization to upskill its internal employees and create commercial value. Over the course of eight months, we provided over 50 consultants.
