The Challenge
A large, non-profit healthcare network was implementing a new, enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system and was concerned that their chosen Systems Integrator (SI) would not customize the system to meet their stakeholder needs. The client chose Oxford to supply the technical experts they would need to unlock the potential of their new system and advocate for them throughout the implementation.
The Solution
We assigned 15 Oracle Cloud consultants, who provided project management, curriculum development, training, BI development, security, along with functional systems design, build, testing and support. In addition, we provided eight consultants for legacy support to help the client maintain day-to-day operations.
The Result
Our training consultants augmented the client’s existing training team, developing curriculum, teaching classes virtually and on-site, and ensuring all end user staff were fully trained on the new system. Immediately following the successful go-live, which had no major system failures and a very small overall ticket queue post-go-live, we supported the client through an Oracle Fusion upgrade and continued to provide support in optimization.
