The Challenge
A specialty products manufacturer was looking for support on an upcoming, large-scale turnaround. As a smaller refinery, the client didn’t have the internal bandwidth to support the project. Because of our deep bench of resources in this area and unique ability to quickly source hard-to-find talent, the client reached out to Oxford to help.
The Solution
We provided a senior-level Turnaround Manager to oversee and manage all subcontractors and vendors who would be working on the turnaround. Within two weeks, despite the wide range of skill sets needed to support the turnaround, we provided a custom project team comprised of:
