ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Award winners, presented in partnership with gold sponsor ClearEdge Marketing, have demonstrated their excellence in service quality based entirely on ratings provided by their clients and candidates. On average, clients of winning agencies are 50% more likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided than those working with non-winning agencies. Likewise, candidates placed by these agencies are 60% more likely to report full satisfaction.
Oxford has shown that we are committed to delivering the right talent to our clients, receiving a Net Promoter® Score of 64.2%, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 45% in 2024.
We have also demonstrated our commitment to providing our candidates and consultants with rewarding and fulfilling opportunities, as demonstrated by the fact that we received a Net Promoter® Score of 73%, more than 2.4 times the industry’s average of 30%.
