President and CEO of Oxford Global Resources, Rob McGuckin, has been recognized on the Staffing Industry Analysts 2024 Staffing 100 North America List.
The 2024 list, sponsored by Indeed, comprises 100 individuals considered the most influential people in the staffing industry throughout North America. It celebrates the leaders who have successfully navigated the complexities and challenges of an ever-changing landscape to help their organizations, clients, and consultants succeed while paving the way for the future of the staffing industry.
Rob was chosen for his 25 years of invaluable experience in the staffing industry and his record of continually demonstrating his strategic prowess and forward-thinking leadership. During his tenure at Oxford, Rob has moved the business forward to be a best-in-class professional services organization providing specialized consultants for business-critical engagements across multiple industries.
In a 2023 employee survey over 90% of Oxford employees indicated they were proud of their work, testifying to a culture Rob has been instrumental in creating. Rob was also acknowledged for being rooted in his local community, mentoring and coaching several youth sports teams, associations, and businesses.
