Oxford Global Resources Celebrates 40 Years in Business 

Since our inception in 1984, Oxford has been on a relentless mission to provide the best talent to our clients and match our consultants with the right opportunities. This unwavering focus has been the driving force behind our success, enabling us to navigate through technological advancements, fluctuating market conditions, and sustained growth. As we celebrate our 40th anniversary, we look forward to continuing our journey to become the leading professional services provider worldwide. 

Over the past four decades, we have expanded to a global organization with 35 offices and over 900 employees. Each individual’s contribution, whether they be a current or former Oxford employee, has made us the powerhouse that we are today.

• Integrated a Lab Services discipline to address specific challenges faced by our European laboratory clients  
• Acquired Hale International to expand our Workday capabilities 
• Acquired Linksap to provide a wider range of SAP services. 

These staggering achievements are just a few examples of the things we achieve when we work together. All those achievements come from great leadership. Oxford CEO and President Rob McGuckin was recognized on Staffing Industry Analysts 2024 Staffing 100 North America List, celebrating leaders who have navigated the complexities and challenges of the ever-changing staffing landscape.  

As we continue to diversify, evolving into a managed services partner, and expanding our capabilities in emerging technologies such as Cybersecurity, AI and IoT, we expect significant growth opportunities for the company. We will also remain steadfast in supporting niche services in the Information Technology, Life Sciences, Engineering and Healthcare fields.
