The honors and accolades keep coming! We’re proud to announce that Oxford Global Resources was recently named one of the 2023 Best Employers in Ohio. Best Companies Group created the annual list in partnership with Crain’s Cleveland Business and Crain’s Content Studio-Cleveland.
This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor Ohio’s best places to work; the employers most benefiting the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses. The 2023 Best Employers in Ohio list consists of 60 companies total, and we’re incredibly proud to rank near the peak of the “Large Employer” category! Oxford has taken the #4 (out of 23) position: an impressive showing for a first-time contender!

To be considered for participation, companies must fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity
- Be a publicly or privately held business
- Have a facility in the state of Ohio
- Have at least 15 employees working in Ohio- Must be in business for a minimum of 1 year
Furthermore, companies under consideration for Best Employers in Ohio must participate in a two-part survey process. The first part, worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation, assessed each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part, worth about 75% of the assessment, consisted of an employee survey measuring the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings. Best Companies Group managed Ohio’s overall registration and survey process, analyzing the data and determining the final rankings with their unique expertise.
The rankings of the 2023 Best Employers in Ohio were unveiled in a special supplement produced by Crain’s Content Studio-Cleveland and published in Crain’s Cleveland Business on June 12.
