Summary:
Project Details:
- Responsible for building, testing and maintaining the training/curriculum for the electronic health record
- Works closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and team members to assure project deadlines are met and to ensure all training reflect operational workflows, policies and procedures.
- Monitors training program effectiveness by reviewing workflows and preparing performance reports as needed
- Conducts training for trainers and provides refresher trainings as needed
- Coordinates and implements training for trainers and/or end users regarding system software upgrades and updates
Job Experience:
- Knowledge of web-based e-learning and other new media applications, instructional design models and design aesthetics with an ability to design print materials that appeal to a variety of learning styles is preferred
- Ability to use and apply multi-media into presentations
- Ability to navigate on Intranets and Internets including performing searches and research
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
