  • Oxford helped us across the board with our Epic implementation. One person, in particular, was very talented and ended up leading our training. Our organization had a real problem with training. The Oxford trainer took over designing and organizing our training during the implementation. We trusted Oxford to do it right, and they did.   • It is extremely difficult for us to fill analyst positions, and Oxford understands that. They have been extremely supportive during the difficulties our hospital has encountered in finding resources. Oxford makes themselves available to provide for our needs. They put a lot of work into helping our organization. They helped us with thousands of individual build sets in a timely fashion without a blip or drop in cash flow. They did a great job.

  • Oxford is a true partner. Oxford provides us with outsourced coders, and they have done a good job of finding the right people who can handle the complexity of our accounts while also being productive. We use Oxford for special projects. For example, we are upgrading our system, and we expect the system to slow down a little. We don't have enough of our coders working on that upgrade, so Oxford will take on the additional work.
