We did it again! Oxford Global Resources is proud to be awarded another Top Workplaces honor: we were named one of South Florida’s Top Workplaces for 2023! This time, the honor is announced by the South Florida SunSentinel, one of the prominent daily newspapers of the Greater Miami area and the 4th largest-circulation newspaper in Florida. Energage LLC, a third party, determines the contest results. They gather employee feedback through a confidential survey to measure 15 culture drivers, including alignment, execution, and connection, among many others.
