SITUATION
Our client was embarking on a strategic AI initiative to evaluate and assess potential AI projects, including data infrastructure and business processes. The goal was to establish a strategic AI plan and governance framework that aligned with their business strategy. The client needed someone to evaluate their technical needs and feasibilities and create an implementation plan to deploy the AI strategy. The client’s objectives were to identify immediate AI projects that aligned with business goals and delivered rapid benefits and to create a strategic AI roadmap framework and implementation plan that highlighted the strategic value and expected ROI.
SOLUTION
We created a roadmap identifying proposed AI solutions and use cases, leveraging our AI assessment roadmap and our AI Strategist over a 14-week period. Additionally, we provided an Engagement Manager who oversaw the project, ensuring work quality, milestone delivery, and financial management.
Our assessment considered the following elements within the organization:

RESULT
We delivered a strategic AI roadmap, outlining a clear governance framework, Proof of Concept (POC) AI models showcasing potential value, and an actionable 12-month global implementation plan. We also fostered cross-functional collaboration and aligned diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals. Finally, we launched AI learning to increase AI awareness and literacy. The client gained insights into their AI capabilities, prioritized AI opportunities, and established a risk mitigation strategy, ensuring a structured and scalable AI transformation. Overall, we identified 100+ high-value AI use cases and prioritized the top five to accelerate revenue growth, delivering $30M in annual ROI. In addition, by leading AI demos and hackathons, our client accelerated ChatGPT adoption and fostered enterprise-wide AI engagement.
